BMT Cleaning Services currently employ 33 staff and provide professional cleaning services to all of South Australia and regional New South Wales.
BMT Cleaning Services provides an ongoing commitment to all of our staff, providing them with National Accredited Training programs. We have scheduled training on a monthly basis.
All staff are required to provide a Police Clearance prior to commencing work with BMT Cleaning Services.
We have well over 100 combined years of experience working within our company.
BMT Cleaning Services have a hands on approach to working and our owners and managers work with our staff to provide you, the customer with the best possible service.

BEV TURNER - OWNER
BMT Cleaning Services was established back in 1979 by Bev Turner. She has been a hands on person from day one and still continues to work and develop the staff skills required to succeed in business.
Bev has the qualifications to provide clients and staff with a high degree of professionalism.
Her qualifications include –
- Certificate 1V in Workplace Trainer and Assessor
- Certificate 111 in Asset Maintenance - Commercial Cleaning
- Cherry Pickers licence

LEN TURNER – MANAGER
Len has been there every step of the way with Bev in establishing the business. Len too is a very much hands on person and works in the business, cleaning and working with the staff to developing their skills and knowledge of the cleaning industry. His main role is the administration and development of the business.
Lens qualifications include –
- Certificate 1V TAA Workplace Trainer and Assessor
- Certificate 1V in Asset Maintenance - Commercial Cleaning
- Certificate 1V in Frontline Management
- Certificates in Warehousing, Retail and Business

SUSAN SANDFORD – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Susan, being the daughter of Bev and Len obviously started cleaning at a very young age, helping wherever she could. Her experience in cleaning expands some 20 years, and has carried out most cleaning tasks within commercial cleaning.
Susan ran her own business as a hairdresser, which she set up from nothing to develop into a good size business prior to selling it to start a family. With her experience in establishing a commercial enterprise and business relationships she has the skills and knowledge to develop BMT Cleaning Services well into the future.
Susan’s qualifications include –

- Certificate 1V in Frontline Management
